Return & Refund Policy

Pedals & Hardware

We accept returns within 30 days of purchase. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Plug-ins & Digital Goods

Plug-in sales are non-refundable. We encourage customers to download free 14-day demos of our plug-ins, which are unlocked and fully operational, by visiting https://www.eventideaudio.com/plug-ins before making their purchase.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to confirm receipt of the returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow up to 3 days for the credit to appear in your account.

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged within 14 days of purchase. Hardware products include a one-year warranty. Please contact support@eventideaudio.com to initiate a repair or replacement request.

Shipping Back to Eventide

Any products returned to Eventide require a Return Materials Authorization (RMA) number. You can obtain this by emailing support@eventideaudio.com.

The customer is responsible for return shipping. Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If you are shipping an item over $75, consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item.

Warranty

All Eventide hardware products include a one-year warranty. Contact support@eventideaudio.com if you require assistance. To expedite service, please include proof of purchase, product serial number, and a detailed description of the issue.
