Take control of your mix with Articulate, the next generation envelope shaper that makes fixing dynamics as simple as using an EQ. More than a transient shaper, Articulate separates your audio into four bands: Attack, Decay, Sustain, and Release. By dialing in the desired level on the corresponding fader, you can instantly add Smack, Punch, Body, and Air to your tracks.

Studio-Grade Peak Protection

From the team behind the acclaimed Elevate Mastering Limiter, Articulate features a built-in peak limiter that effortlessly prevents unwanted clipping while preserving your dynamics.

Detect with Precision

Articulate lets you shape your envelope based on the original audio or external sidechain signals. Resolve mix clashes, or make space in a crowded mix by ducking elements.

Tailor Your Signal

Fine-tune Articulate’s envelope response: Slide towards “Smooth” for natural, transparent shaping, or shift to “Focused” for precise, aggressive transient control.

Features

  • Independent Envelope Shaping: Precision over ATTACK, DECAY, SUSTAIN, and RELEASE stages for ultimate transient definition
  • Sidechain Detection: Use external audio sources to shape transients and envelopes dynamically—resolve mix clashes, enhance separation, and clean low-end buildup effortlessly
  • Separation Control: Adjust from smooth shaping to aggressive transient enhancement.
  • Solo & Mute Per Envelope Stage: Instantly isolate parts of your envelope, fine-tune details that matter without affecting the rest
  • Professional Peak Limiter: Integrated peak limiting, for artifact-free control

Worked way better than expected..

I have many different Transient Shaper including Punctuate!
BUT this is a different beast all together . The flexibility is second to none.
I love to automate Decay and sometimes also release thru out a song,
it works great to get som movement, or to get the Chorus hit harder.
Very versatile and sounds exelent 😻

Great results, very fast workflow, simple GUI

It takes transient shaping to the next level, breaking a sound down to its ADSR envelope, with individual control of each component. The GUI is straightforward, and you don’t even need to read the manual. It does exactly what it says it does. The results are fantastic. Shape your kick and bass and make them sit in the pocket in seconds instead of hours. This is a godsend for mixing. What else is there to say?

Amazing wave shaping tool, I use it all the time! I just wish it was included in the bundle. Besides that, great work!

The most powerful transient designer (and more) on the market.

The first and only full ADSR shaping tool I've seen, and I don't even need to look for emerging competition because it works amazingly. It's a silly marketing sounding thing to say, but it really does feel like a secret weapon level tool.

Unique and useful

I have too many plugins but I had to buy this one because it is very useful. New features could include a low, and high frequency split and useful visualizations of the audio.
